I never thought of using other types of wires...and use # 10 gauge as recommended.

Are you using the stiff kind containing 4 insulated single strand wires ?

My brother in law in Alberta can hardly move in the morning from arthritis...he noticed improvement almost immediately.

I believe he used regular house current wire.

I think any copper wire is better than no copper wire.I use the flat 2 strand copper wire phone line.Remember the diameter of the one open ended loop is important.It's the diameter of the loop that
determines what range of wave lengths are pulled in.#10 is recommended but I couldn't wait,I  grabbed the closest wire I could and felt a benefit right off.Just don't connect the ends to each other.Tie it like a hillbilly ties his rope for a belt.I'm not putting down hillbillies but everyone has seen it on tv.My phoneline goes around my waist 1 and a 1/2 times.I can tie a loose knot and wrap the loose ends around the wire around my waist.I used the scissors to cut the plugs off.I left them on at first but got tired of them poking me.I don't think the guage is very important although some people seem to swear it is.The diameter of the loop is however.These loops are powered by radio waves,cosmic rays and maybe even the earth's magnetic field.So being low powered it may take a while to cure what ails you.
I expect three months to cure my arthritis.Before I found out about these coils my foot was getting worse and worse and all the doc could tell me is to take pain pills.I am very excited about these coils.Glad to know your brother-in-law got a benefit too.Triffid

Brother in law still making progress...this thing looks like the real deal.

I thought it was making me feel better, but was unsure as I already felt good...the reports from my sister along with the testimonials on the web site are making a believer out of me.

And it doesn't get much simpler than that...makes me wonder if a simple energy source is also right under our noses.

I certainly hope so .I think we could draw power from lakhovsky coils through induction.Just like our bodies do.I turned a 25 foot extension cord into one last week.I used a voltmeter from radio shack.I did not get any real readings but the minus sign on the meter flickered off and on.It doesnt' measure micro volts or micro amps.My meter is supposed to measure 1/100 volts.Triffid

I think the energy in Lakhovsky coils is mostly AC.I had a jar of algae I put a small one around. That jar was really cloudy with algae after 3 weeks.I think my arthritis is almost gone,I don't feel it too much at all this morning.Back in April I was thinking about quitting my job over it.Back then it was just getting worse and worse.Triffid.
