Hello Fellow Energy Researchers!

There are many posts that go off topic as we introduce new ideas and theories. We all have thoughts and concepts that we would like to discuss with others, but sometimes dont know where to go. Well, here's the place!

This thread is created for everyone to come ask questions and discuss ideas. This is a place for all to seek aid from others on things they dont know or would like to understand better, as well as a place for all to come share their knowledge and experience with other. There is no dumb question and we are all here to help. This is not a debate forum, this is a tool for help. We all share a common goal, and we all need to give each other a hand if we are to make progress.

I hope we all can keep this thread as scholarly and mature as possible. To do so, I have proposed a few guidelines. I dont want to call them "rules" because you are all free to do as you wish, but I think if we can all stick to them this thread will stay under control and be as productive as it was intended.

"The Four Courtesies"

1) Respect your fellow posters. Dont call names, dont trade insults, dont curse. We are mature adults, lets act accordingly.

2) Do not discuss people, politics, religion, or existing devices. The first three have no place here, nor any value to the research. If you want to discuss an idea on an existing device, please post your question on that thread. It will be more useful there.

3) Be honest, and be thorough. Dont reply to another poster's question if you are unsure of what you are saying. Indicate your level of experience and your knowledge. I suggest a few ways to do so:

"It Is Common Knowledge/Practice" (IICK/P) - say this at the beginning of your response if what you say is common knowledge and a part of the accepted paradigm, or if this is common practice for a trade

"From My Experience" (FME) - say this if you are communicating knowledge from first hand experiences and accounts

"To The Best Of My Knowledge" (TTBOMK) - say this at the start if you have experience or prior knowledge to a subject, but are uncertain to its validity

"In My Opinion" (IMO) - self explanatory

4) Refute, but be courteous. We will all have opposing viewpoints so disputes are inevitable. However, if someone says something, do not insult them. Say you disagree, then make your case. Insulting them serves no value to the other posters and those trying to learn.

As I said before these are guidelines. No one is telling you what to do or how to act, but please be respectful. Help, contribute, learn.

I have an idea that uses exsisting objects but a design I have yet to see I know for certain it would work how well would it work I am unsure but less the cost of the equipment energy would be free...

Well, I dont think I found what you were referring to, but anything is open for discussion here as long as it doesnt have its own thread already and it is not a person, religion, or politics...

Pure power I don't know if you have seen Lucs thread on the s191r replication   But I have been building a test tank to determine how much power a standard ICE combustion develops    so to use as a baseline for testing the actual flash set up   problem is at standard air pressure 14psi atmosphere  I have no problem  However certain members have brought up a good point   the system will need to be tested in ICE conditions minimum ICE pressures that I have seen 40psi  i want to test 100psi    Im using a large plenum for purposes obvious  was going to use cylinder compresion tester to establish readings but know I think im going to have to go hydraulic on the gauge with seperate plenum inside tank im scratching around here and wonder if you have any thoughts Chet
