Flow can't ever go the opposite direction or like propane BOOM! So just use propane setups and you guys will be fine.  Keep the pressure in and around 100 psi for safe usage.  Even if the tank sprung a leak it could never blow up unless the flow when into the tank instead of out from the tank.

.  With a graphite EDM rod inside 9021 aluminum which is the kind they build ocean boats out of.  I was able to get about 3months of solid run time before the aluminum was no longer working to at least 50 percent capability with stainless 316l I was able to get about 6 months before it was totally dissolved and working at less than 50 percent capability.  I have done the homework.  I have been doing this for a few years now.   Graphite is the only way.  I hooked up my first two 4x4" graphite plates and put them on my 12 volt power supply about 11 months ago and it's still going they look just as good as the day I put them in there.  This is all with a 3.75l (one gallon) container fixed current and voltage 12vdc 2amp with 10 grams of salt

I am afraid you have not done your homework properly.
Your problem is you are using the wrong electrolyte!
If you use NaOH (Lye), or KOH as electrolyte instead of salt, 316L stainless steel electrodes will last for years!!

I see. Over twenty years ago when I was child one day I decided to make electrolysis experiment. I took two rod of carbon from AA battery for electrodes, made salt water as electrolyte. When I connect a AA to electrodes I got a mixed of hydroxy and chlorine gas.

Justalabrat is correct, it is hair trigger, perfect explosive ratio, be VERY CAREFUL!

Also beware that the smallest of static discharges in pipes/couplings will ignite HHO, but not LPG.
