? about searl effect generator

i will admit right away that magnetic motors is not my main focus, my interest in this is mostly in the design.

in relation to the magnetic field what are the benefits of this design (the outside layer, a circle with square nubs)?

it also claims to absorb electrons through its different layers, is this verified? could the shape(magnetic field) aid in the absorbing?

Its not a coil, its rollers, they are made from copper and other material but its not wire its plain copper.

You can see some video on youtube about the latest dev of the searl generator, Dr Terry more and Searl work together, I know they have the inner and middle rotor done, I cannot wait to see the final result!

I wish someone would attempt a build.. It is highly costly which I am not able to afford.

 very interesting clips! and thanks for all the feedback. although meant the outside layer of fig.2 on my link, i think i understand what it would be now, but watching it certainly brings more questions.
do you have an estimated cost of the build? you could scale it down. looks pretty fun!

Cost.. Very expensive.. They make those layers on the magnets with tons of pressure.. Man.. No clue as to the cost.. But you should check his website out. Tells a lot about him and his designs.. Also the applications of this marvelous device.
