I get the feeling a lot of people feel like the advanced science community pretends the theories you work with don't work. They do know. And its not that they are afraid of big brother. They are afraid of a larger issue, that it still has to come from somewhere. Thats why science sticks to tried and true, and exploration of new physics. Because there are elements of field theory that are disturbing, that point to something more fundamental to existence. Until we know whats fuels it, is it worth the risk?

One video I saw earlier today seemed to use earths flucuating fields to propell itself. It was 3rd generation and was...well quite large.

Thats fine, it was pumping out 15kW of electricity plus shaft work plus heat...so probably 100kW total.

Don't mess with the field, its part of you!

pick any video you like...they all pretty much the same. Manipulation of poorly understood anomalous effects which so far have all been manipulations of fields around particular interactions which do not need to be messed with.

Your masters' tee-vee-box warns us all of global warming nastiness and asks us all to reduce the size of our carbon footprint.  One of your, 'disturbing elements,' or so I hear, can be a lowering of ambient local temperature, with energy production, and zero carbon emission 'feet'.

Just because we can not find the words to explain how it works, is it worth risking the planet not to try?

We do not all do it for money.  So what if we do.  Money is just a means of continuation of an activity.  If your employer stopped paying you, assuming you work, would you still go in every morning and essentially give a part of your life, most of each waking day, to other people in return for no sustenance?

By the way, your current opinions are not uppercase world breaking news.  Why would you think such a thing?
