Here is a simple plan that you need to put into a wheel so you can attach any MT mechanism to it to test it other than building one wheel after the other...

MT Wheel Plan

The black dots are holes where the levers, springs ect can be attached using nails or anything you like...

With this current plan you can basicaly make the following MT wheels:

9-16
17-27
30-31
37-40
60-61
66-69
75
114
125-129
134

Here are four examples of the MT wheels applied to the MT Wheel Plan

Finally, to make it even more easy, you can then cut the lever out; ones that are half the length of the wheel and ones that are quarter the length...

Note that MT 13 has slightly different levers than MT 9, because in MT 13 they are bent, well the MT 13 levers are suitable for both MT 13 and 9, even levers can be drilled in different places to enable one lever that can be used in various ways that are in the MT collection.

p.s There are over 5 million different combinations with this plan.

Thank you

Now you are kicking it Alex

How big are you going to make the wheel?
I use 2 foot and 3 foot wheels, but my big stand can take up to a 4 ft wheel. and my small stand can take up to a 2 and 1/2 feet.

For mounts I use all thread so I can bolt the front and the back to make a solid mount and then I use spacers to adjust height. I'll send you some close-ups of the mounting I use for the test wheels.

Good job! ;D

Thanks Alan, at the moment my mt wheel plan is not that big, but its big enough for tests until I make a much larger wheel for big tests...

I like this because we can now make so many MT wheels by just aranging a few levers, almost ike an MT set you can buy :P

I would like to see the way you mount your wheels, that will also be a big help, thanks ALan
