Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

my bad i meant to say cobalt.  yeah my design calls for 2 holes, one 1/4 and the insulated one for 3/8.  at least that is my plan.  yeah i wanna see those pics and maybe i'll buy some from that ebay store.  they're a bit pricey compared to my wal-mart ones but if you get better operation from them tell me and i'll consider it.

Here is picture of cups, beside Walmart cup

They are rather small at 25ml, however seller has larger (50ml, etc.) I haven't had time to do anything with these, I am going on a 3000+ mile roadtrip, and will be testing my current HHO generator (6 Walmart cups) and my new one below.

Here is my latest build, with 10 stainless plates. I have tried here in Canada to get 316L stainless, but unless I want an entire 4'x8' sheet, or am willing to pay hundreds of dollars, I haven't been able to purchase any. I may have to break down and buy some off eBay.

This is built using 10 stainless steel wallplates (buy these at an electrical wholesaler - I paid 99 cents each VS $2.50 each at Home Depot) - used a "dead blow" hammer to flatten them, cutoff saw to cut the corners, cobalt bit to drill the holes. They are suspended on threaded stainless rods, which are also the + and - feeds. Plates are connected together with nylon bolt through top and bottom holes, with a rubber plumbing washer between each plate as a spacer. Box is 6mm lexan, which is nice to work with but should actually be thicker. It is nice stuff because you can drill holes and tap them, and just thread your fittings right in.

Wow beautifully done.
Really quick, i have a question. On your Wal-Mart cups cell, what did you use to hold the cups while you drilled them? Dallas said something about making a jig to hold them, and I do have some designs in mind, but maybe yours would be easier.  Can you just take a picture or explain how you made it? It would be much appreciated.
~Thanx,

I made a wood jig at work to hold them while I drilled. The holes aren't perfect, but it does a pretty good job. I will take pictures tomorrow and post them.

Thanks for the credit, its much appreciated.

As for the Cups get them at a restaurant supply shop NOT Walmart.  The restaurant supply ones are larger and consistent in size so you wont have any current leakage issues.  As for the holes, the best is to use a water jet, so you avoid hardening the metal.  If you use a cobalt bit make sure you drill very slow, I MEAN SLOW with lots of pressure.  Use water to cool the tip.  A way to improve on the output of the cups is to sandblast them, which will increase the surface area many times over.  This will also get rid of any dirt or oils from touching them.

In addition to make them last you need to use a PWM and flipflop the current.  This eliminates the reverse plating or erosion issue.  Plus the PWM will keep the temp down to a manageable level.  Lots of other tricks to tell you and will shortly

Ill be posting a detailed "how to" in the next few weeks on Sterling Allen's site.  Im going to offer the electrode as open source making it available for free to anyone who want to make one for personal use and research.

I can be reached at dallasgoldbug at g mail  dot  com with questions or if you want to drop me your email and ill let you know when it all goes live.
