I like the shot of the cut steel beams being presented as proof that explosives were planted up on the impacted floors.  The beams you see in the video were supporting some unstable debris....so they had to be cut down a few days after the attack so the fire and rescue workers toiling in the debris below would not be hit by falling objects. Also, as the pile of debris got smaller and smaller, the main support beams, still anchored in the bedrock below, were cut down in sections, lower and lower as the debris pile got smaller and smaller.

The two buildings compared in the vid are designed completely differently and the conditions could not be more different and yes a sloppy acetylene cut is nothing like a shape charge
