To correct the government
1.  The party system has to be abolished.

2. Each candidate has to be allowed equal time and not allowed commercial advertisement but have equal finical capability.
(this plays the rich mans game, for money overshadows all to often.)

3. The Media has to refrain from making opinions their facts. ( misleading opinions )

4. due to the size of the country a special television channel for the candidates for each hour a minute each unless they are having a debate.

5. Candidate qualifications would be that they held a lower office, like governor, congress, senate, ect. ect. This way the possible candidates have to prove worthiness first, and not just any person off the street.

6. While in lower office they have to live as a common person to keep in touch with the people. None of this private jet stuff, but it doesn't stop a diplomatic budget but limited by law. We don't need no Pre-Madonnas playing filthy rich on our taxes.

We don't need or want to stop people from being rich, we just need them out of our government for there views will always be one sided, and the poorer populations are always the ones to suffer from their greed.

I  don't  disagree  with anything  that  you have said here.

But  I  do think  that all  you have suggested here is impossible.  At least  from a physical   viewpoint .

Our entire  system is based on  power and greed.  This  will not  change  until  humanity  changes. 

As long  as  humanity  worships  greed and power above all   the  things  you  list can't be changed .  They  are  the  ways  power  and  greed are attained.     

I don't  see any PHYSICAL  way  to overcome any of these problems .   In  my opinion  there is only one  way that  is left  for  humanity  to save itself   .   Spiritual  growth .   

For  a few  days  after 911   The  USA and New York in particular  dropped the  greed and  power games  for  a few days .   There was a  completely different  feel .  For  me  the  difference in  feeling was very profound . 

Sometimes   being  truly shaken up  will  cause us  to  look at things  differently .
This  is  the  reason  for the temporary  change  of feeling after  911   For a few days   simply being  alive  was  enough .  There  was  gratitude  that   loved ones  were still alive.  There  was compassion  for all .


I  still have not  received   anything   about a ship arriving  on the 14th .   
I truly  hope that  it does arrive.   
I truly hope that  our  governments   see it only as a threat  and  throw everything  that they  have at it.
The message said that  the ships   defensive  shields  would be needed . 

When   all  of our  combined  military  do the  best that they can  but have  absolutely  no effect   humanity  will  be shaken  up ....... especially  those  that have worshiped power and greed the most.   

Not  everyone   will need to be shaken  up .   Those that are spiritually  aware enough to feel the love  in the  message   of  this  ship arriving   will be having a great time .  They  will  be chearing and celebrating .
For  all that  are  spiritually  aware  enough  to  feel it  the  love that this ship will  bring  will be almost over whelming      The  feeling  of joy and  peace  will be so strong it  will be hard to do anything but party . 
 

If  this  vist   happens as  stated
And IF   the people that  worship  power and greed  are shaken up  enough .
We could end up  with  changes within  that eventually  will  end up  in the  decline  and fall  of power and greed  as  the  primary  powers driving  humanity .

In my opinion   we can't  get to  this kind of transition  by any  physical means.
The only way to get there is  by humanity  understanding that  life is not just about the physical .
We are more than physical.   We are spiritual.

In my opinion   if these changes happen,  earth   will  soon start  a transition .
A transition  into heaven on earth.

James Gilliland has an interesting Retreat center where he has been taking movies and pictures of ships for many years. He has also had personal contact and writes about it.

He copywrited a document which is concise and eloquent.

Some interesting things he points out are:

The benevolent beings are not allowed to force. This is the reason I have responded with hope at this oct 14 announcement. They have said they must inform us first, which is what they did, and, they will just sit there in defensive posture.

In another place, which may be on his DVD, he states that they have been waiting  to be invited. They are not permitted to do much until then, and of course, the military is always harassing them, which is not very inviting    I have a feeling that since he started publishing this specific need to invite them that many have indeed done that, and , perhaps this is the reason this oct 14th event could be happening.

I guess, we won't know until then, but it does feel good enough for me to be hopeful.

Yeah, the situation that we have now is self defeating.  It is a wonder we get anything done.  Lemuria (Mu) existed for 50,000 years without a war.  Supposedly Christ himself was the supreme ruler of Lemuria and the form of government was a christed monarchy, meaning you find the right person whose heart is pure, and cannot be corrupted, and make them King for life.  When the time comes for a new King you have the arduous process of finding the right person again.    They had an extensive system of checks and balances which provided oversight of the governing system.  The public was involved in all areas of the government, and there was no secrecy.  The biggest problem with the US.Gov is the "National Security" secrecy.  It allows them to do anything they want without public disclosure.  This needs to be stopped right now.

According to the Sirians (from Sirius) there is already a plan in action.  The people who they call the Earth Allies (Earth people who have been contacted by the Galactic Federation and work for them) are already implementing the changes that we, and they, seek.  This includes cleaning up governments, the banking system, energy production, and detoxifying the Earth.  From their information everything is in place for a sweeping changeover once all the right factors are in place.

Speaking of the private jet set stuff, do you know how much it costs to fuel and maintain a jet aircraft?  A small one costs millions.  To fuel and maintain a 747 is billions of dollars.  It is totally ridiculous.  But as long as you have plenty of money from fleecing the public who cares how much it costs, right?  Essentially taxes are stolen money, legalized thievery.  In Lemuria the government was funded by a commerce tithe where the businesses voluntarily contributed a flat 10% to the government to cover operating costs.  When the government wasn't doing what the public wanted they could cutoff the tithe money and the government was stopped cold.  This is an intriguing idea for modern times.  Of course the government isn't going to like it, but if the people enforce it they will have to comply...

You are correct in saying that we, as a people, need to realize that we are mental spiritual beings first and physical animal bodies second.  This would improve our situation tremendously.

And your response was a question, which I will take the time to answer since my intentions are benevolent.

My answer is, self governance, by a wide margin. The destruction and suffering caused by governmental systems is detrimental to mankind. The ability to develop and apply defensive technology would be increased if suppression was not being inflicted on us by governmental systems.


I am concerned you are pushing on us the agenda of the malevolent humans I believe are suppressing us, but I do appreciate the chance to discuss the matter.

Well I thought that I had answered that question with my previous post.  Obviously if we have a single government for the entire world which acts like the current government that would be worse than any alien invasion because they would directly have dominion over the entire world.  In a way they have that already, and we see multitudinous ill effects as you mentioned.  Just the population reduction concept is bad enough by itself.  I am not pushing the Elitist NWO Illuminati agenda.  This is not the World Government I am describing.

Intelligent enlightened people can govern themselves.  I am for self governance.  The Elitist NWO Illuminati are going to be defeated, and in their place we need a world government which is enlightened like the people who will be left after the great cleansing of the Earth.  Part of the whole idea behind this ship on 10/14/2008, and the First Contact Mission is to cleanup the mess that the Annunaki and the Illuminati have made of the world.  These evil people are going bye bye, and those of us who are left have to restructure our world in accordance with the Galactic Federation.  They have a system of guidelines that will establish a fair and honest system of government which includes representation at all levels, city (local), state, national, and world.  I would imagine that this new government would be a christed monarchy with various levels of councils, all based on the idea of self governance.  There will be a fixed set of laws and the laws will be kept to a minimum to make the law easy to understand, unlike it is now.  These laws are based on the Galactic codex which I posted earlier.  After this government is established and the world begins to interact with alien visitors on a regular basis is when we need improved space fairing defensive capabilities.  We will need to prevent bad aliens from taking advantage of us.  So the world government that I am talking about is post first contact.
