Further to that...zone representatives should have no contact with each other other than in public meetings or recorded and transcribed conference calls...they should socialize with their constituents.

As to the Whorld government vs alien intervention...

We already know what our whorld leaders have in store for us.

If the "aliens" look like us and are really aliens...then I would accept any help offered...and absolutely no commitments.

september 30th, is the end of the fiscal year, for the US government.
the US government, is rediculously bankrupt.

that means that unless someone pulls some serious ass-saving manuvers, or flat out ignores the situation, the US government will go bankrupt.



"i" think that the earth allies, are planning to remove the dark clowns before september 30th.
because september 30th is as long as they can wait, before major "problems" develop.


i also think that the aliens planned the october 14th flyover, because they expect the dark clowns to be removed, because of september 30th.

october 14th, is 2 weeks after september 30th.
2 weeks is enough time for the earth allies to calm the public, and reconfigure the system a little.

the best possible form of government,
is to have as much of the populace as possible, involved in the decision making process.
(to say nothing of the responsibility)


this would be possible, because:

* decision-making happens, as locally as possible.
right down to the individual person.
(this is the exact opposite of our system. which tries to limit the decision making to a few individuals.)

* each individual is trained, to make critical/informed/considerate decisions, under their own power.
(the consequences of a decision, go to the individual who made the decision.)

* only laws which are IMPORTANT, are passed.
a law which cannot be supported by 90% or more of the population, is not important enough to be a law!

(the law only applies to the LOCATION, of the population that passed it.)
(so if an individual does not like the law in one location, they could move to any of thousands of other locations)

It's always nice to have your input.  The US.GOV, now over 7 trillion in debt, has been in debt since the first world war.  Do you remember back during the Clinton administration when the government actually shut down for a couple of weeks?  The bankers were holding out letting the people sweat, trying to affirm their "power".  This time it is for real.  The Illuminati bankers are being stifled at every move.  They cannot get the money to flow where it needs to go.  This is the effect of the Earth Allies blocking every move they make.  This time they are not going to be able to pull it off.  The end of this fiscal year is the end period.

It is funny that the debt incurred is by the supposedly elected people but they expect the taxpayers to foot the bill.  They spend money like crazy and expect someone else (the taxpayer) to pay for it.  Hows that for irony.  I buy as much as I possibly can and expect you to pay for it, hahahahahahahahahahahahahahhaaaa.....

You have the right idea about localized government, it is very hard for our "masters" to comprehend.  What?  Individuals making decisions, you can't do that!  You must submit to our authority!  Only we have the ability to spend unbelievable amounts of money.  A common man can't make those decisions, the Annunaki said so.  Ahhh. Ahhh Ahhh...

It's like some sort of wicked science fiction that we are caught up in.  The evil overlords who are so arrogant that they cannot let go of a simple decision like what kind of toilet paper we should use.  We do not require the help of the government to decide which kind of toilet paper to use!  Let it go!  We don't have to worry about them much longer.  They are a stones throw away from getting their own retirement in hell.  I hope they have a nice time, for eternity...
