The problem with all the designs similar to this is solving the problem of leaks. The unit will continue to leak water until the water is gone, then you will need to fill it again. How do you plan to seal the unit around the area where air is being let into the tank?

If you have a working unit then please post a video. My guess (and I hope I am wrong) is that you do not have a working unit and it is just in the drawing-concept stage.
