     (at the bottom of this article is mention of aquapol solid state device, also don smith is featured, I'm trying to build his ou device but am having problems locating a copy of his book "Resonance Energy Methods" even with forty thousand copy's published in several languages, anyone with a copy or info on how to get one please let me know.)    I purchased a neon power supply to start  (this is the unit that drives his device) and it is in fact overunity too just like he said.  This unit was shipped to me with the label clearly stating input of 120 v @0.5 amps and output @ 5kv and 30 m.a.  that works out to 60 watts in and 150 watts out.  That's 150% overunity right out of the box.  I ordered this from a company called NeonPro  neonpro.com   the cost was $45.00 u.s.   Don's device uses a cathode to resonate this into a much higher energy output then transforms it back to useable voltage.  I managed to find a dvd on Don's work.
