The Patterson Power Cell (cold fusion, galvanic, or battery?)

Hello,

   Is anyone here following the Patterson Power Cell
claims and patents? Metal beads in salt water.
Seems to multiply energy 1000x on demand?  Also
seems to continue to produce power when input power
removed, for up to 14 hours.

  Off the wall, appears that the initial charge to the
cell sets off some sort of chemical or fusion reaction
that continues forever, or until water runs out.  Just
add more water.  The cell produces heat, hydrogen,
and oxygen.

  Very similiar, I guess, to the japanese electric car
charger, and to the aluminum battery   I will look for
patents and will post what I find.

I have been organizing my thoughts into a blog while following a hunch regarding BlackLight's claims of breakthrough energy which also happens to be based on nickel like the beads in Patterson Power Cell: If Paterson is using "Rayney Nickel" or other porus nickel with cavities on the scale required to from Casimir Confinement plates then he may be chemically rectifying the difference in zero point energy inside of the Casimir plates VS outside. My theory being that the reduced vacum fluctuations between closely spaced plates (or porus nickel cavities) allow the electron radius of hydrogen atoms inside the "Casimir cavity" to fall to a proportinately lower ground state.  http://www.byzipp.com/energy/

IMHO: Patterson power cell, Black light Power and Jovian are all rectifying the change in orbital boundary conditons that occurs in a Casimir cavity or what QED calls an exclusion field. The restriction of longer vacuum flucuations changes planks' constant! when atoms diffuse into an exclusion field they twist into novel orientations and appear to get smaller. If they form a molecule they radiate energy and lock this orientation from simply untwisting as the atoms diffuse out of the field. The molecule forms boundary conditions with returning longer vacuum flucuations as it exits the field. These longer vacuum flucuations find these arrogant little orbitals in their seats and organize to try and tear the bond apart and restore the individual atoms to monatomic energy levels. If these atoms are hot enough to remain monatomic until they enter the next exclusion field the process can be repeated indefinitely with the normally chaotic virtual particles forced to teat apart and restore gas molecules to their constituent montomic state. The molecules that remain stable upon exiting despite boundary conditions with virtual particles are actually much more promising -the last thing you want to do is burn them, My suggestion is to put them into ionized gas and drive them
