Flash steam/hydrogn turbine

If a modified standard turbine consuming water as fuel , vaporizing, compressing,focusing,(cumbustion chamber), at which point capacitor discharge would separate hydrogen and ignite it converting surrounding vapor to steam and driving turbine. Seem to simple?  Has there been any high voltage coil/capacitor discharge hho units tested? Go easy on me I'm a newbi not a doobie.
Magnets are fun until they stick in you.(I was 12)
Lasers unfocused or not can burn.       (13)
Won't microwave laser beam again      (14)
Liquid hydrogen and gas turbines don't mix well (15/16ish)
Have .5Mw generator to play with (current) hyd. gas fueled.
