Sieht aus als waere da ein kondensator mit im spiel denn erst ist die lampe sehr hell und dann in innerhalb  einer sekunde
brennt sie schwaecher.
Wenn das alles stimmt  dann hat der mann wirklich freie energie angezapft.
Waere interessanter einen oscillografen und ein strommesser anzuschliessen  dann koennte man vielleicht schluesse ziehen.
Ein thermocouple besteht auch aus zwei vershiedenen metallen und produziert  1% strom  im gegensatz.
