If I were you, first I would focus all my efforts to make sure for myself: my device really gives out more than I input and replicate it at least in two prototypes from off the shelf components. 
And when I am 1000% sure again it really works in practice and it is reproducable and again  I really receive more energy back than I put in, then and only then would I turn to any professor,  ok?

It litterally can turn most any electric motor into both a motor, and a generator at the same time! In other words, you would send energy from this circuit into an electric motor, which in turn will run better than usual, and return more than the energy you input, out to you in return. Not only free turn of the motor that can be used for more generation of energy, but also a bonus of energy back to you immediately.

In general you are going to need to build a self running system loop from this to really prove
that it has overunity. AC instrumentation is too prone to error except to *suggest* something
is running overunity. I personally would not trust AC instrumentation to validate anything I was
going to invest any effort in. If you have any doubts at all in what your professor friend says then
I recommend you build a self running system, if possible. I can show you how to design a closed
loop from your device but it's center part needs to have an energy gain of (x3) three times to
overcome losses in other components of the loop. I wouldn't (even) require you to disclose how
it works.

At this point, how do you know that your circuit/invention/idea is producing more power than it consumes?  In other words, what device are you using for measurements?
