This device is similar to the other device in operation it appears that this is the way to go with magnetic motors amplifying the output to the shaft...

Now we know the method! But to build something crude we need a design. One that is easy to build....

I do not see anywhere on the website what the output shaft gets loaded with? It is my understanding that the "magnetic oscillation device" (6) on the output shaft is two repelling mags that try to stay 90deg out of phase, you will notice that the output side of this magnetic spring arrangement is also mounted on a rotating bearing, so where is the output load? I don´t think it has one, the large oscillations on torque sensor 2 may well be damped quickly when power is extracted from the final output shaft. I have a feeling that the large amplitude oscillations within this device are analogous to an electronic tank circuit, nice big power flows but you can´t use them without damping them. Hope I´m wrong though!

The first body (4) on shaft 1 is a magnetic drive driven by motor (3).
The second body (5) on shaft 2 is a Magnetic Torque and Speed Enhancement Device.
The third body (6) is a Magnetic Oscillation Device that amplifies the interaction between the first body (4) and second body (5).
There are two rotational torque sensors on two shafts (Futek Advanced Sensor Technology Inc.).
Each sensor (1) (2) is mated to an evaluation instrument (Kistler Como Torque 4700).
Each instrument is connected with RS 232 to an individual Computer.
The Data Acquisition System and software to analyze and record the Sensors is provided by DATAQ Instruments, Inc.

So only feedback 30% of power from output to input to get a self runner, I would think a wind generator mag and coil set on the output shaft would have more than enough efficiency to give this 30% feedback and then some, strange how Terawatt haven´t closed the loop yet, I know I wouldn´t sleep until I had if I was certain of the above quote.
