I just wish there were more english information on him available on the net.

Its good to see somebody has taken up his work.

I know the side (http://evg-ars.narod.ru/shauberg1.htm) very well.
I love this side. I also love the way this guy to that: He only publishes his sketches but never try to built this own ideas .
May be he think: I infect others with my ideas, this is cheaper the others will spent there own money. His work is waiting if someone has tried it. Very simple. Isn't it.

You can see in the second half (especially after the 2 h) the way it works and of what materials it's build. From what I saw it is intended to make 7000 rpm. Quartz material was mentioned as well.
