I agree .

Money  is just a tool .
Like any tool it can be used either  for good or  bad.
The problem is not money  the problem is greed ......our worship of money and power.

Our  society  teaches us  in many ways that money is  the way.
We are taught mostly by example to worship money.
Even  our religions  are more  focused on money and power than on  teaching  about  God.

So called primitive  society's followed simple  rules such as  " the golden  rule "
Today  many young  people  don't  even know  what the  golden rule is.

The rule of the  day seems to be  "do unto others before they do unto you ".

Can we be there for one another if and when it happens?

As I see it  at this point  humanity is  much to primitive to save itself 
We have advanced technology in many areas  but  we  are spiritual morons .

We  will  need  a major  spiritual awakening before  we ( humanity  )  is willing  to work as a team to save itself

On the  bright  side. ..... that awakening is in progress.
One of the signs  of it is that people  are realizing that the  religions that they  trusted  for their spiritual  training are corrupt .

A saying  made popular by the TV show X Files   " the truth is out there"  is not quite accurate  in this case.   The truth is there , but it is NOT out there.
The  truth  we need to find  can only be found within your own heart .

What  fills your heart  with love and joy?
What  gives you the greatest feeling of love?
What does it take to feel loved?
Answering questions  like these  will lead you to an understanding of love.
When you  understand  enough  of how love  works you  will have arrived  ad your own personal proof  that God  exists . 
God is love .    When you  know enough about love .......you  will know  God.
