all ou machines are unique in their geometry / arrangement / plan
by that when you put a load/ stress / demand/ VACUUM they respond not by slowing down but by giving more
and the more you load it the more it gives  by inverse proportion as the load demand grows the power is decreases
this idea i absolutely on the mark!!!
i doesn't use fancy circute and parts but a   clever design...
just like nature every thing spins around something and around it self , the  2 degrees of freedom axis/axles

@ Sparks:

What would happen if there were 3 shafts and propellers?  I mean, ok, one prop (fan) on the motor, one on the shaft, and maybe another one on the same shaft but coupled to an in-line gearbox that over/under drives the 3rd fan?  I am not sure what this would do except if the farthest outboard fan was spinning 20% faster than the shaft fan, it might help to add power to the shaft fan and in turn react against the motor body mounted fan.  Just a thought. (maybe not much of one)

I dont know Bill I'm trying to put the stuff together (slip rings-doubleshaft motor, stator balancing etc.)  For a better understanding put yourself on the inertial frame of the stator/2ndrotor.  The prop on the motor shaft will always want to go at 1800rpm relative to where you are standing.  It doesn't care what inertial frame you are anchored in.  By anchoring the stator with a load you double the work for the same cost of input.  I think therefore I need to build now.
