Just back from James Bay area of Canada - very remote, few people (mainly Cree Aboriginal), mostly just Moose, fish and other wildlife.  Lots of chemtrails being sprayed. Couldn't believe it - why spray way up there where there are very few people and mostly wilderness?

Probably because the effect the spraying has on people isn't deliberate and is just a side-effect the sprayers don't care about.  My guess is the spraying's being done for weather or atmosphere manipulation, or as part of some kind of over-the-horizon-radar type program.  But who knows.  We might even find out what it was all about fifty or a hundred years from now when technology has moved on and most of the people involved and effected are dead and current events have been safely consigned to history.  That seems to be the way it goes, when we put people who don't care about us in positions of power and authority and let them decide for us what's in our own best interests.
