Ive thought of that. It is a good question. 

Lets say that 'people in the know', like say the Pres, and his familly, Bill Gates, etc. etc., do not intake fluoride? Not in their water, not in their tooth paste. Then there is no big chem combination risk there.

Maybe they have something they take, pills, etc. that reduce or eliminate the aluminum, etc.  Look up metals detoxification. Strawberries n peanut butter anyone??  Helps to remove mercury. Clearly 'they' have better medical tech that we the people dont have access to. Is that hard to imagine?

Cure for aids.  Well, when a cop gets blood on him/her, they go directly to the hospital and they get an injection that eradicates the aids virus in their system. They get temporarily sick from the shot, but no aids/hiv. Have many cop friends. They all know about it. Yet people die from aids every day.  Think they dont know how to get rid of cancer in safer ways than what you or I know?  Think again. 

And maybe the ones behind it all, have many gov officials convinced that all will be safe for them. Maybe not.  A gullible bunch when it comes to tech. They believe their experts. Like people from Monsanto in the FDA.  Look at the health care website. Garbage for over 600 million( probably much more now, they aint sayin) . A couple of wizkids made a comparable site in less than a week, that actually worked. 

But then again, I think they know more than we can imagine.  Is that so hard to realize?

If I were a super villain intent on offing a bunch of the population I'd try to come up with something that didn't put me at risk.  To carry that further, if I wanted to pare down the population, I wouldn't want to do that real fast because it would be very disruptive.  The gradual way to trim the earth's population by a little or a lot is to control the birth rate.  That could be done by reducing sex drive, reducing fertility, taking control of the Catholic church to make it support condoms, secretly introduce GMOs that cut fertility into South and East Asia crops.  Stratospheric foggers would be low on my list.

Doesnt look like a rehearsal for an air show. Nice vid.  There was a YT vid that was taken from a plane trailing close to another that was spraying. You could clearly see the streams from the jet engines, but then what looked like a swimming pool draining out of a 1ft hole(just an example). On for a bit, then off for a bit.  Its like there is no way that much could come out of a toiletry dump from 100 planes. lol

There were articles some time back that had shown testing of land and waters around areas that were known to be sprayed heavily, and they found aluminum, boron, even human blood cells that were modified some way.  Would have to look it up for more details. If I remember correctly, the particulates of metals were so small, they could remain in the air for days or longer before hitting the ground, except for rainy days where rain brings it down a lot quicker.
