There sure are a lot of small shocks under that lake...its almost like there's underground blasting going on.

Its been widely reported that there are underground cities connected with tunnels...an overhead water supply would be handy for any new city.

As a matter of fact I'm surprised there hasn't been more expeditions to try to find these places.

Does anyone remember 'ed's hole' on the Art Bell radio show...apparently it was bottomless.

I believe he tossed his dead dog down the hole, and a couple of weeks later his dog returned home alive and well...the show may still be in the Coast to Coast archives.

Regards...

It was called Mel's Hole, and a team of people in Seattle searched for it for the past decade. Mel's Hole, the reincarnation and burning ice all turned out to be yet another hoax, like most of the stuff on Coast to Coast. Mel didn't count on Google Earth and tools like it, or a bunch of people who would actually go and look for his mythical hole.

I would not like to be the one responsible to make the call to evacuate the area.  Anyone know who this person might be?

We could have drawn energy off of this geothermal activity.  We might have learned how to draw off enough heat energy to engineer a way out of this repeating catastrophe from happening under our watch.

But all that cheap, abundant energy might have upset the energy market, (and/or the environmentalists.)  Now we just watch the catastrophe.  What a shame.

Earth folks. ::)

Shaking continues at Yellowstone.  Here's an updated chart of the activity.
