New magnetic and electrical research group, direct one to one communicating

I'm putting together a energy research and development organization that deals with an area of electricity, permanent magnetism and electromagnetism.
We ask only a few things of members.
1. We need first and last name and your email address.
2. City you are located in and a mailing address or post office box.
3. Phone number where you can be reached.
4. But only name and email of a member will be made available to other members.
5. To be building or have serious plans to build a working model of your idea.
6. No web posting will be done of any communicating between members. All communicating is done directly one person to one person only between members through email or other direct means.
7. Any information or need for help with your work can be posted if you like to our soon to be web site, but all comments have to be direct to the builder. This is to eliminate people who are not that interested in research and development or actual building, but spend their time commenting only and doing it from behind a "screen name."
8. You retain all rights to your idea or invention.
9. Only members will be able to contact you.
This organization will be a group of adults that want to work with other adults in the above mentioned areas on a real name basis and in a mature, professional, but friendly matter.
There are other details to be work out, but this is the basic foundation.
Maybe we can meet once a year also.

Get your .com working or no one will take you seriously.  You need a means of communication other than someone else's forum - first name basis is nice, but having an automation service is just a good - unless your on the receiving end of customer service.
