Well I don't know where you live, but in most countries
it is unlawful to copy DVDs with copyright on them.

And yeah I get your "sharing information" point, and in fact
most of the information on those DVDs is freely available
already.
Tom Bearden just collected the information and acts as
"show host", giving his own story and explanations,
which in fact is most of the EFTV DVD footage.
I therefore do not find it very odd that mr Bearden sells
his own DVDs with a copyright on it. He put quite some
work in it, I don't think it is unfair for him to get something back.

But hey, in the end, it all comes down to ethics.
And there's no absolutes in that area...
