Where / Who to get Validation or Rejection of Concept From.

I am looking to meet with either a person or a lab that is able to verify a couple of things for me and the company/inventor I am working with. I would like to discuss our concept and the prototype that is built, in confidence, to either validate or reject what we are claiming we hope to accomplish.  I am aware that on the surface the claims I have made on this site are not possible, this is because all the factors are not known.(we do not wish to open source). This is why I would like to meet with someone that has the knowledge, ability and credibility to view the concept and the working motor that we have so far.
I am located in South Florida but can travel. Any input here would be grateful.

i have a hard time believing that there is not one person on here that can either help me or knows someone that is able to discuss the mechanical viability of a project I am working on.

If you are a business and want help from an open source community, expect a cold shoulder.

Well, for non open source OU projects you can allways contact the New Energy Congress created by Sterling Alan at peswiki.com
You can also contact the people of EarthTech (Led by Dr. Hal Puthoff) which has all the tools for evaluating OU claims.

You can also contact the company created by Dr. Stephen Greer (yes, the same one of the Disclosure Project), but I can't remember the name of the company.

So far, there are not much more alternatives for this kind of claims out there.
