I^m afraid, not very.
It ^ s so, because i think, mass using of this knowledge we will see in 3 years on, in next war  only.
The biological (cheap) nuclear energy which push us through all our Earth live (and later too) is very dangerous of her effectivness.
For example, 500 Mt bomb done with using it, in small series should cost no more than 3-5 mlns of EUR / unit.

It is fully operational, although over 30 years old! Such a thing is today unthinkable.
