Lets pulse one coil one time and see if we can see the reactions
Coil 1 fires its femf moves into the secondary and feeds out,
Its bemf is propelled towards coil 2, the bemf is spinning in the right direction for this coil, in other words we have induction, this fires coil 2 and coil 2's bemf fires coil 1, the reaction would be like a tank circuit but with the fields.
Now Im sure some of the bemf field passes the opposite coil but is caught by the shorted coil and feeds into that sides femf, no energy lost.
Now fire both sides out of phase.

Aha . Lets keep going with this idea. there is a way to wind on this type of core dielectric and turn that coil into a coiled capacitor capable of retaining energy and releasing it in a delayed fashion .i posted the details in another thread i think joule ringer .Don't know if it's a relationship but I think this is what is overlooked that we need a delayed interaction if want self sustained energy output . I may have accidentally done this without understanding what is really going on in there in Some  rouge Circuit's  ,  I am working on that aspect the last few weeks and of coarse this could be applied to higher voltage small current for reduction to usable energy . Nice thread and i believe you got something there. IF there is anything you need me to try i will as time allows . i have heaps of junk to play with .
