Actually there is a ground at the other end, like I show here in the transformer as a center tap of the 220 to get 110 on each leg. No?

Yes Mags, you are correct.  And if you loose the grounded center tap in the trans at the pole, an unbalanced load in the house will cause an under voltage on one phase and an over voltage in the other phase.

Here is my explanation.... what is the best way to spoil truth ? No, not by contradiction but by adding pure nonsense which looks good from first look but is a total bullshit actually. The same happened to the tips left by our ancestors. So if you hear that this or that free energy device will work only in special place, but won't when moved - it is a hoax added to spoil the correct information that such device will work only on the South or North hemisphere . This is just example of supression of information. Tito told us the truth, actually this is very simple , and happening all the time on Sun  Energy is here ready to tap it. Just don't kill the dipole
