I have a question:  Supposing you have --
2 perpendicular coils:
- a parallel-wound bifilar coil, coiled in a ring (like the TPU) with a cap across one end (i.e., joining two parallel ends);
- a similar parallel bifilar coil with cap across one end (as above) wound perpendicular to the ring in a short (say 1 inch wide) section.

Suppose you pulse the larger winding - we should get a ringing, then the perpendicular winding with cap will also ring, will it not?

How do we help the ringing continue?
Does the answer lie in a Lenzless arrangement?
Does the answer lie in a continuous small pulse involving a 555 timer chip or JT type setup using a transistor?

Do we perhaps need a third coil to pick up the ringing in the first two, perhaps with its own parallel-charged caps discharging in series?

So many questions. Work is crazy right now and I can't get near my bench, so for now, I'll try to reason this out and ask questions.
