That link only takes me to a google search. So the answer is to search google? The main focus on that link is a stripped Bedini circuit - basically using a pulse motor and flyback pulses to charge another battery.   

If this is from a guy who supposed to know? I am confused.

So let me divulge one simple thought: No single closed circuit will yield over-unity, it's just not possible. (well... maybe)

If you engineer closed circuits to be an open system, this is probably the likes of Don Smith and Tesla and all others who succeeded. But they were feeding in potential energy from somewhere else. I say potential energy in the scope of viewing kinetic energy, or a magnet in motion as potential energy, even a vibrating metal ball such as the Earth.

Mixing a God into the equation, is not welcome. A holy war, should be defined as people killing each other on the basis of who has the best imaginary friend.

We need to evolve.

Atleast your post gives a direction that has some sense and method attached to it.and if empirical testing shows results or findings ?
Would be much more useful that the 11 years of crumb dropping... attention seeking and noise posted here.
