Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Ramset and Tito. All I have to say is this. Each and every person, such as yourselves, that knows even a trace of knowledge concerning free energy should be (at this moment) making these devices for your neighbors and community. Intelligence comes with responsibility. Are we really going to wait for our Governments to pitch in at last moment? Come on people. We are IN the crisis! Japan is gone! Its time to be an independent nation like we were meant to be! How long guys!? Did we really need to come to this to take action!?

Chet:

Those reactors in Japan are totally safe and no one is in any danger.  They are just evacuating 45,000 people on general principles.

But, seriously, the freaking news keeps saying that if only those reactors were built on bearings, there would be no problems.  What?  There is no coolant because the pumps are not running because there is no power.  You would think that a facility like that would have some back up generators or something.  I am a fan of nuclear power but, when I see stuff like this where there was no prior planning, it makes me wonder about some folks.

Bill,  that's not what I seem to be reading this morning.  They are saying that right now if nothing gets worse this will be the third worst nuclear disaster in history only exceeded by Cherbonyl and Three mile Island.  And they say it could get worse as it's a race against time.  The plant did have backup power generators but they got flooded by the tsunami.  Based on the news I've seen recently this could get a lot worse but even if it doesn't it's a major disaster just in respects to the nuke plant alone.

What I don't understand (and I admit I don't know a lot about nuclear plants) is why when it is overheating the don't pull the rods out of the core.  I thought that was how they did a shutdown or depleted rod replacement but they seem to only be trying to keep them from getting too hot and no mention of pulling them.

The Chernobyl meltdown occurred when the engineers pulled out too many control rods (which absorb neutrons) , and due to a wierd chain of events this caused reactor 'poisoning', and as the engineers reinserted the control rods, the nuclear reaction ran away.  The core had begun to go uncontrolled and the rods could not be fully reinserted.

So I think it's important to leave the control rods in.

I think the problem in Japan is not control rods -- it's uncontrolled heating due to failure of power systems.

"Nuclear power reactors require cooling, typically provided by coolant flow, to remove decay heat, even when not actively generating power. Pressurized Water Reactors use water flow at high pressure to move waste heat. Once the reactor is scrammed, the core still generates a significant amount of residual heat, which is initially about seven percent of the total thermal output of the plant. If not removed by coolant systems, the heat could lead to core damage.[7][8]"

why everybody here is mad at me  :-\
;D

Because if you had released your plans for your free-energy device every one would have had one in their house and the nuclear reactors would have been decommisioned a long tie ago.

Tito, don't worry. Have fun, and make fun! Tell us something about Jesus instead.
