You can short the coils and not take the energy you put in but use the energy induced by the coil.

And yes if we could have had free energy in Tesla's time, our economy would have been based on it but now it will hurt more than help.

Did you already build this device or is it an idea? Could you possibly draw it out or supply a picture. You sort of lost me on the explanation and a picture is worth a thousand words. I have an idea of what you are talking about but I think something is missing but until i get a better understanding I can't say for sure. (I am not as smart as some people play me up to be )

You post in the other thread about using copper and iron wires with little or no cogging is a good idea. I think you are headed in the right direction. Do you think you could replace the iron in the stator with iron wire? I always wondered about that since the iron is what is cogging the rotor. If you made the iron a coil instead of a solid piece, you may be able to harvest or enhance the the operation. This is my personal opinion (Just thinking out loud), I don't want to sound like Tito.
