Do you actually mean  Ice Stone   or   Snow Ball?  Not that it really matters, but I have never heard of Ice Stone. But a snow ball when rolled down a snow covered hill tends to get bigger and bigger as it rolls.

Or did Tesla actually say Ice Stone? I have not seen it.

i'm sorry its a snow ball i forgot the word, no matter if its a snow ball or ice stone as long as it is rolling and rolling and become bigger and bigger and many times it become avalance. the point is bigger and bigger but with full control with your hand.

and that means it grows.
