The thing they have in common is that they have what amounts to an upper and lower rail with saturable inductors in parallel to both.  Additive magnetic amplification increasing away from the input, down the length of the rails, is what I believe the inventors/designers wanted to accomplish.  If so, that's what the circuits should do before they're triggered.

Some of the reference Assignee agents/companies are defense contractors (Northrop is one), so this should be old news, since it's a public patent on the search database.  I'm confident the latest circuits are classified, but we won't see them.

Lee, the above patent lays out most implicitly that the N=windings would be the same on each stage of the toroids. BUT WHY??? What would happen if you doubled n=windings on each consecutive stage? Would this not only double the voltage and also current in each stage? I don't have the resources to try. Anyone want to give it a try?

Hi folks, Hi Qwert, thanks for posting those links.
I seem to recall a video by the guy from magnacoaster, showing what looked like a dead 12 volt car battery, he then hooked this battery up to a small inverter and the inverters low voltage cutoff kicked in when he placed any load on the inverter.
Then he connected his, what i assume was a radiant charger device like Ossie C. describes in that pdf, to the dead battery and this time, the inverter is able to power all sorts of loads without the low voltage cutoff turning on.
Seems like both setups are very similar.
The question is, was magnacoasters 12 volt battery just discharged or was it completely sulphated like Ossie C. recommends.
These two device setups, magnacoaster and Ossie C. radiant collectors i think are genuine.
I also think those battery capacitor/ultra capacitors probably have very similar function to these dead or sulphated batteries and how they are able to convert these radiant energy pulses into usable excess energy.
