Hate to break this to you Chet, but 'forest' IS Tito.  You won't get any clear concise answers out of forest just like you didn't out of Tito.

I was wondering why nobody paid any attention to my last post...Especially since it deals with charging capacitors in parallel and discharging them in series...Which happens to be the "Secret" to OU as far as Tito and every body else is concerned......Check back on the posts in this this thread and Tito mentions this method and someone else mentioned him doing this but with more complicated methods...I think it's all BS but who am I to judge...

You are correct, this is kind of method but think (think hard) what is the real hidden feature when charging capacitors in parallel and discharging in series (and of course that must be inductance in the path like Tesla described in his patent 'method of conversion') ?
Think about joule thief and second capacitor in tesla patent.
I can't be more clear
