Im finding it hard to guess what he is doing over all from just that vid. Will have to see the others.  The 2 rotors, im not making any connection so far as to what is going on.

Should have been more explicit.

He is using a voltage doubler made with caps and a couple of diodes. (he calls it poppy's - another member on their forum)

What he has done prior to this is to use lenz to assist and in trying to verify power in, then doubler, he first got
a watt meter but is now using clamp meter BUT, not using AC from the wall - he is making AC from horseshoe style bedini
and feeding this AC into double and using this, now DC to drive the regular bedini.

To get the whole picture I guess you'll have to go back about three videos.

I personally think the secret to free energy is the shorted coil, when a shorted coil is introduced into a system the shorted coil will pull in the aether, when a coil is pusled by a circut or a magnet the field builds then collapses into the coil windings (bemf) but when a shorted coil is pulsed its field fluctuates but will not collapse, the other fields collapsing will draw energy from the shorted coils field if they are in resonance.
