I have just seen your latest short video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtxeynJ4UcA&feature=youtu.be ) in which you said you would not change anything in your working setup till the buildoff lasts. Yes, I agree with you and what I asked above to disconnect the ground wire is to be postponed then.  I think the ground wire is a must in this setup, perhaps Tito could confirm whether his setup also uses a ground wire or not?
Some time later you may wish to make a real schematics from your total setup

Thanks for the answers and is not it strange that a 63V DC rated capacitor has 287 V DC across it? IT is ok this cap is 79 V surge rated but it should blow up from the 287 V, no? If we mean the same cap: the big light gray on the right hand side next to the black one.

What do you mean : They act as neutral.. ? you mean the LEDs have a common connection point and that this point is what is grounded? And you consider this common point as a neutral point?   
You do not mean you use the mains neutral as a second connection, besides a ground connection?  Sorry for this question, I do not understand what you wrote on neutral, and what you wrote to tinman I did not get yesterday under your video:  ...the caps kep on ringing without v decrease this i need to find out onlt the secondary plus neutral or earth ground is connected ...

Yes it is okay you wait till the end of PMBO of course, let your setup run.  In the meantime just check by your eyes how all the wires are connected and where they exactly go...

I might be incorrect but I got the impression from his youtube video that he was using the Neutral line and earth line of house wiring.  If that is the case then this is nothing.  You can easy pick up all that amount of power with capacitors between the earth and neutral.

I dont want to see the schematic.  But he should take his setup outside and drive a spike into the ground and use that for earth.  He will see how quickly the power doesnt exist

What do you mean : They act as neutral.. ?  The resonant transformer supplies the live wire  the earth or water tap  acts as a neutral   you mean the LEDs have a common connection point and that this point is what is grounded? And you consider this common point as a neutral point?   all leds are parallel  one leg to xfmr  the other leg  to water tap
