Please see the attached file , containing descripton of idea for an overunity transformer.

Since I don't have enough funds to build and test it if someone is thinking that the idea is promising it will be fantastic to test it and to post the results.

Charging and discharging a capacitor. Who can help me with a circuit that can do just that?

The zvs charges and discharges a cap into the primary or you might say its capacitor assisted  ;)

You need two primary's the bemf from one assist's the driving circuit of the other as well as the output.

every action has an opposite and equal reaction
if you understand this........ eye's to see, ears to hear
Im sure this is a law by Maxwell or one of the others, I never studied their laws, never set boundary's.
