Exactly , exactly.... higher voltage = higher power, because voltage is the EMF = momentum= pressure. The only trick is to move those damn electrons.I figured out that ONLY voltage could be the reason for power ! it's simple ! because only force can DO work, mass in rest cannot move even a fly...

That's why we need a big kick. A short sharp discharge give you amps also.

Well I am only quoting Tesla no - one else. Tito's views coincide with Tesla.
As for no amperage? Well what if you discharged through a big coil. Would you not get a big magnetic field?
Isn't amperage dependent on the size of the magnetic field?
This is the point everyone is missing. You short a cap. But what through???
The bifilar coils appears to be good at electricity multiplication. But it's the cap discharge which gives the amperage.
Unless you used the bifilar as a cap.......
