Is this site dragging for everyone or just me, takes forever to load.

I think the ether is just like water it has to be seperated to be collected.

Alternating current gives a neg pulse one direction and a pos pulse in the other, this I just learned in the last week or so, Im kinda slow  .

AC systems generate positive ions during the first half-cycle of the waveform and negative ions during the second half-cycle of the waveform.

I have to concur with other @members on this forum.

We have been working on OU devices since many years now and have seen a whole slew of personalities coming here, shooting the big talk, then leaving by the back door, never to be heard from again.

You are asking @members to join your EVP saying right away the magic word "Non Disclosure Agreement" (NDA) which in fact means once it is signed and talks start, the @member(s) can now longer share their works as open source.

This in fact means someone up there that holds the EVP purse strings (that is if what you are saying has any truth to it at all) will now hold EVP members under control and even if your idea has some merit, that one NDA fact is a deal breaker because Mr. Purse String can now pull his funds any time he decides to and if I am not mistaken, this same money guy will have the wherewithal to block EVP from canvasing for other funds from other possibly less controlling sources.

If the EVP is to have any real impact, it has to stay open source at all times. That is the only guarantee we have that our works will remain in the public domain and not to be kept behind closed doors for whatever reason you may consider to be valid for your present orientation. Public domain means information redundancy which is one of our only guarantees we have that one power cannot stop it all. In your case, you could be muzzled up so fast and taken to court for years to try and break the control.

Our works are not on large scale since we already know that just a 100 watts device could save lives in the 3rd world where it is needed the most. Just 100 watts can changed the whole quality of life for a few billion people. That is where you have to start. Save them first then worry about integrating this into our modern countries.
But what you want to do is sell juice before it is even made sort of like banking on energy futures.
Just because you say the UK Gov is funding you, this does not make the deal good for both @members here or elsewhere to sign into a mouth closing deal and leave this all in the hands of people we don't even know.

The other deal breaker is that you THINK your device will be the one used in a widely accepted manner, but the reality will be that within 3 months of producing and showing any OU device, that same device WILL BE RENDERED OBSOLETE, simply because that one device will foster so much side research that someone else will be bound to discover a better, simpler and more accessible device.
For @members here, all of this is more reason to work only via open source because even if we finally show a simple OU device, most here already know and accept the fact that the world itself will render that first device obsolete very quickly and rightly so since that is how technology progresses.
I would rather play my open source game then sign out my rights to Mr. Unknown Money Man.

Also, your EVP pdf file is very worrisome because you are incorporating so many things into one doc, trying to cover so much ground, and all of that is simply impossible to suggest that a zero earning start-up will have its hands in so many activities. Seems like your dream was overstretched by a few miles.
The other concern is how you portray yourself as being THE ONE that holds all the cards as if only you have the Right to deploy FE in the world. Now where does all that conceitedness come from I don't know but in the real world, it does not fly very well.

At this forum most will prefer the more realistic route. We do not trust outsiders with grand schemes that have NDA in the first sentence. For this OU forum that holds open source as the way, it is like sending a fox into a chicken coupe. So again your approach is not the right one.
Open Source is the only answer. Making a secretive group called the EVP or the God People or the Biggest Brains Club and tagging on your NDA just means, you need people with brains but without a mouth to speak and eyes to see how the results of such brainworks will be deployed.

So in the final analysis, it still remains that Open Source is our only real guarantee that the world will have direct and first access to any or all of our discoveries of OU and it is not up to you or your group on how this could or should be "CONTROLLED".

Our real work is to show OU. Then it is up to the world and all those interested in producing whatever it involves to make it available everywhere. That is the only way this cannot be quashed again and again as history has shown. For that reason, your project cannot be trusted and as they say on the Dragons' Den, "I'm out".

Sorry for this post that you will certainly tag as Negative but you have not provided anything Positive enough to swing the voltmeter your way.
If you are sincere, I wish you all the best success. I personally do not care who brings OU to the world as long as it happens. You can try it your way but with over 35 years of business experience I can only concur with others that your prospectus has more holes in it then swiss cheese.

So by all means, you can work in your closed world and still know that we are here working in the open world and anything we find here may be useful to your works or to other works, we do not care. If you have the bucks, I would suggest you donate some amount to @hartiberlin who moderates this forum and he will add that amount to the OU prize or maybe even provide some of that to anyone he deems as suitable for some financial assistance based on their current works and GENUINE NEEDS.
