Tito gave all the info in a variety of different ways.  And believe me - even if Tito were to release his versions (there are different ways to apply the principles he has elaborated), - do you really think it would for one moment deter world powers from an impending war? Wars don't happen spontaneously. They always take years of planning, and are conveniently set in motion by deliberately planned incidents that purposefully fan cultivated flames of longstanding resentment and purposefully agitated outrage. You really think one guy's invention is going to change these global power players' minds?  If you want the answers, go back to Tito's principles, with which you were so enamored when you first came actively into this thread. The answers are all there.  But as far as WWIII - this is a matter of global conflict between good and evil, which has its own solutions. Tito's invention itself isn't going to change hearts the way that is required to end this conflict.  A change of heart among nations requires much more (look up "metanoia").
