I see no overunity in woppy's video circuit.  Using two 12v batteries to light a single small dome light.  Maybe I don't understand...  Where's the free energy part come in?

Wrong !  Whoopyjump calls simple electrolysis as cold fusion.  Better dont go by what he says. Fusion emits neutrons, which he never checked with a Gieger counter. Ooooh lot of Bullox on YT to confuse people. Ooooh.

   I watched Woopy's video once again to see if there was something that I missed. That video is almost two years old now.  If there was overunity, or a self runner involved, he would have had time to improve upon it, by now. 
2.4 + amps output. Can that be trusted? NO! I can't trust that meter reading.
Those long sparkler type of sparks, normally mean a non shocking kind of output.
Not one that the amp meter can read properly.  At least not on my circuit's secondary output side. Don't know if the scope can read it properly, either.
  Why doesn't he light 2.4 amps (using 24v)worth of bulbs?  Instead of that little dome light. Or test the draw by leaving the light on (100 watt bulb), to see how long it takes to drain the battery. That test I would believe.  Like it's been running for days.
  Anyway, my faith is more towards the magnetic energy that the Mazilli crt can output, along with the proper flyback or yoke cores and coils. Which can light several hundred watts worth of light bulbs, as a load, which the Exciter/Kacher normally can't do.

They are real, buddy. They really work. Look for Harvey Kiker s patents on google patents. The answer lies there. Dont ask me how I know this. I just know it and am telling you now.

And also attach a 20 kv diode between + of primary and + hv out of the flyback/ ignition coil. 
With diode + facing the + hv out. 

And see the sparks flying all over the place.
