Too much technical discussion is boring, not everyone can follow, including me sometime,
but "cloud electron" is interesting. 

Light doesnt travel from sun to earth. Its actually earth that travels to catch sunlight. 
His friend Doctor Debunker has also disappeared. 

Maybe.......    or,  battery never produce electricity.

Ionosphere just the name alone should tell us alot, the combined charges are the dielectric that keep the charges separated.

Look at tree's in the winter when the leaves are gone.

Looks like a lightning strike, charge seeking an opposite charge.

The extra ring accumulated around the planet after a solar flare would explain sprites.

A simple iron ring without any windings on it can and does keep charges separated.

Nice point David! Now if you have windings on the iron ring with some short of dc voltage on it lets say from a battery, it will trap the charges inside the coil, it will separate them, and you can extract power through a load which is in parallel with the battery and the coil. I have read something similar once but still didnt play with!

If anyone knows how to make a high freq signal to ride on a 50hz or combination of Two /mixing the Two frequency would be a great circuit. Any possible circuits are welcome.
