This must be a Direct Current or DC then which means you need at least a DC coil to up the voltages first with the amount of windings to the inside of the coil and not sure about how to get the amps up yet but A coil would help you out for sure on the uping the voltages at least.  I dont think they or company makes ones that up the voltages the way you want it to come out unless you pay money to have them make it to your specs though is possible also !

It is a nice demonstration of remnant magnetization.  The nicely polished iron blocks make a small reluctance gap.  That holds B up, and force goes as B².  Once the blocks are separated, the remnant magnetization drops, so when they are put back together the force is much lower.  It is textbook stuff. 

I have no idea why the person doing the demonstration says "no one" knows why the blocks are hard to pull apart once.

the metals electrons are changed inside with the copper wire because you have eddy current maybe too there so your forcing all the electrons to attract the other electrons in the other metal bar instantly is why it is hard to separate them !!!
