Tariel is simply a conman doing a clever trick to fleece money from people.
The Akula/Ruslan devices are fake
they are not  true replications of the Tariel device,as I told you a while back
Tariels devices have nothing to do with Tesla,Tariel says they are a Tesla
invention to fake you out.However if you want to believe its a Tesla invention
thats your business.You have answered my questions in the past,
regarding the aquarium 2 video,were any HD pictures taken of
the green transformer from the top of the plastic case looking down over the green transformer.
What has happened to your team
that went to see Tariel in Georgia,are they still trying to replicate the aquarium 2 device.

Heres the problem,as I told you a while back its not that its so simple you would laugh
its so strange you would not believe it.I plan on open sourcing the information
its not complete yet,it is moving along.Tariel is a master at deception,this makes a simple device extremely complex.
Tariel does not want anyone to ever figure out how to build it.And as I told you before you can't make money with this device
because,people would simply make there own,the skill level in here is more than enough.
The main components of this device are the green transformer,the coil around the plastic
tube where the blue coil is wound,and of course the blue coil.The replicators in here believe
the ways in which the blue coil is wound determines its operation,only the length is important.
This device is not a free energy device but an energy converter,of an unknown energy source.
The device does not work on any kind of resonance,it could be called an energy amplifier,or more correctly a
current amplifier.When  you examine the connections closely of the,green transformer and coils this forms a simple circuit.
The circuit shows 2 energy amplifiers one is concern with powering the 2kw heater only,the other energy amplifier
feeds one section of the green  transformer to step down the voltage to around 12 vac this powers the rest of the device to loop it.
It is possible to simulate sections of this device that are not operating in a strange way,but conform to standard
electronics,I created a hardware version of the circuit,it works as I said it did,remember this is the main circuit of device,it does set
conditions what direction to go.The green transformer holds the key to this device,I recently
acquired some of these types of transformers,to get an idea of the construction of them,they were made in the USSR
from early 70's to 80's,they were used in both military and civilian applications,these types of transformers would be
available in Georgia as surplus.Tariel I believe got the idea of the device from tinkering with them.

heres the problem until I have all the pieces needed,then I will present them.
Something of this nature would be strange compared to what you know,so would be rejected as fake,
without,a working device,identification of energy source,theory of operation.
You and the other hard line skeptics reject that a simple person could come up with an invention
of this type in this case an old Santa clause looking white guy in a junk workshop.I didn't invent this device I
simply investigate devices that I think are possible,There is a simple effect  connected to this
device and to another device.As to why Tariel, if hes device is real,doesn't simply do a 3rd party test
,show it works,make a fortune ,the answer is very simple,the device is simple
once its know how to make it,people will make there own and cut out the inventor,and there are a lot of thieves in
here, including a few skeptics that are,LOL. A.king21 organized the team to see Tariel in Georgia and set conditions to minimize
any fraud,he has got ignored by just about everybody.Tariel made the aquarium 2 to conditions set by a.king21
Skeptics have a tendency to consider other people as fools.Hes team was considered fools,they ran the device for 4.5
hours with a 2kw load to eliminate a battery,they removed a ground connection to eliminate a grid connection.
The goal was to test and make sure it was real,get Tariel to sign an agreement to be able to make the device.
Tariel is an unstable person ,told them goto hell,at the time Tariel was very sick so instead of making or modifying
a critical part,he used a commercially made part and didn't hide it.This is not a simple hoax like the QEG
