When the negative voltages are produced on the line output the ground is less negative and more positive that line output , this make the flow of electrons due to the potential differential.
The circuit exciter is only a "pump" and  need to produce  negative voltage . Is possible to charge a cap very fast with this process blinding the source.

yes, I agree, but from my experience it is still a hard task if you work with low voltage and if you work with high voltage it is easily miss. that's why I pointed to RF transmitter knowledge with resonance. basically it is all radio knowledge used the right way

Thinking out loud here...
The TMT has 3 coils, as does Tito's setup.
The way I understand it, we're looking at 3 equal coils, to ensure resonance.  The third coil has a different topology to help us pick up the resonant impulses without disturbing the other 2.  In fact coil 2 may have a different topology from coil 1 as well - have to get to the bench and try a few things out.
The way I understand it, we have an antenna (coil) dumping electrical charge into a cap, which discharges through a diode (perhaps a zener); the other 2 coils are appropriately configured and placed to keep the ringing going and produce a standing wave, and to harvest it.

This is a simplified bare-bones kind of proposal. There may be a few added components for the cascade effect; I believe coils can be effectively used (as can caps) for this effect.
