      In a wire the electrons move in a more or less ordered progression from one terminal to another terminal as long as the terminals remain at a relative in balance of mass density.  The amount of mass in one terminal is inconsistent with the amount of mass in the other terminal.  Voltage just describes this imparity in the mass density between the two terminals or ends of the field of interest.  When you probe the terminals what you are seeing on your meter is mass density differential.  The probe registering [ositive voltage is loosing its mass density to the measured spot  while the probe measuring negative is gaining mass density.  A current will flow until the entire voltage measuring device is at the same mass density as the two terminal  spots.  This current will be perpectual until the entire voltage measuring device is at equal mass density with its teminating fields of interest and the terminals are at the same mass density themselves.  The measuring device will continue to have current flow into and thru it until the terminals of the device and the device itself has complete and utter equal mass denstiy.  At this point it will no longer radiate or absorb photons as it will be totally void of anything asymetrical.  It will at this point turn into dark matter.  It is still there but it lacks the ability to collect or radiate any mass density differentials because it is now at rest or completely potential energy and lacking kinetic energy of any type.

Lets talk about  how to build something that causes acceleration and a way to benifit [harvest] from this moment ,which in turn can show us that this is not just a theory?
Is that possible to do in "hard copy"?
Or are we restricted to "mind exercises" only,due to complexity of actual experiments? Some how I really don't think so!

double speak ,assumptions etc... just a freakin build!

Use HT magnet wire for the coils.  Something around 28 AWG is good.  Use a lot of wire.  I used about 1300 feet per coil.
