Increasing Voltage and Current with this setup....

I have been a long time member of "onesmallstepfor man" yahoo group, Lawrence Rayburn being the creator of the group.  This is basically his idea with me having a concept of how it function.

Think of a down-converting, air-core, resonante transformer being fed by any AC signal.  You would have different sized plastic tubing as the forms to wrap your transformer coils on, each stage of the transformer would slide into the next. 

By downconverting the voltage, you would be increasing the Current, and because the whole setup would resonate with the feed signal, and each coil of the transformer would resonate with eachother, then you would get your voltage rise from resonance.    Hence increase in voltage and amperage.  Here's a picture of something I started, but I have not mastered finding/changing resonate poimnts of coils, thats why I'm coming open with the idea here for all.
