Ronette - Thank you for the link. The video Bruce showed is interesting showing me that the TPU and Kapanadze are similar where both have flux cancellation as part of making it work. He said in the video that the flux cancellation frees up the electrons from the wire.
Stivep and others are trying very hard to explain how to build something that works. I think what I personally need is an explanation on the essential parts in the device that make it work in theory. Having a better understanding of this may allow me to assemble the components at hand and build it to that end.

I have the same idea: I would like to understand before to go in practice. It's like the quotation: "Science sans conscience n'est que ruine de l'âme" (Rablais, french philosopher of the XVI century), means "science without consciousness/understanding/ethics only ruins the soul". And looks to me you're right: easier to use then to control, change the systems to adapt to our will or means.
